Luxury Rental Requirements
- A valid Drivers License
- Current Full Coverage Insurance - Please allow up to 2hrs to validate your insurance policy/coverage document after submission.
- Age: 21+, 25+ on certain vehicles
- Refundable security deposit for incidentals using a major credit card. Exceptions may apply.

Yes, you can add an additional driver at no additional cost. The additional driver must also meet our rental requirements.
We accept major credit cards and debit cards. We also accept advanced ACH payments with a minimum 10 Day advance prior to pickup. Cash payments are accepted in certain cases. We also accept Zelle & CashApp
Note: A card is always required for the security deposit for incidentals.
Renters are required to have full coverage insurance with collision and comprehensive coverage. There may be options to purchase insurance from our partners with a minimum 72 hour notice.
Yes, we offer delivery and return pickup services to local hotels, businesses, homes, surrounding airports and FBOs. Local delivery and return pickup service are complimentary for 3+ day rentals.
Yes, we proudly do. We require a 7 day advance notice in most cases in order to secure proper rental insurance coverage during the trip. Exceptions may apply. Note: Canadian renters are not subject to this policy.
We ask that you return the car with the same amount of fuel as when you received it. If you cannot or don’t wish to, no worries at all, we will just charge for the missing fuel at market rate plus a $20 convenience fee.
The minimum age requirement to rent a car is 21 years old, 25 years old for some vehicle types.
However, drivers between the ages of 21-24 may be subject to an additional young driver fee.
Yes, but all in person meetings are on appointment basis only. No unscheduled meetings are available. To view or test drive a particular vehicle, we require a copy of your Driver’s License.

The security deposit for incidentals depends on the vehicle being rented and also the deductible on your insurance policy. Most incidental security deposits amounts are $500 or $1,000.
We offer unlimited local tolls for free in the Dallas and DFW area. Tolls outside this local area or out of state are billed accordingly.
No, we currently don't offer hourly rates. All rates are billed daily.
We offer luxury chauffeur service for those who don't meet the rental requirements and still need to get around town.
